The OFF AIR 6's 6061-T6 aluminum frame uses the same butted and hydroformed construction as the OFF 6, with a dropper seatpost-ready seat tube and a low top tube for easy dismounts on more technical terrain. The F1RST hydraulic air suspension fork runs 90mm of travel on a pressure-adjustable air spring, with independent compression and rebound damping controls and a lockout for smooth surfaces. That level of adjustability matters at this size because a fork tuned to a teen rider's actual weight and riding style delivers meaningfully different trail feel than one left at a factory default. SRAM X5 trigger shifters index through 9 speeds backed by an 11-36T cassette and 28T narrow-wide chainring, the widest range in the OFF line. Promax hydraulic disc brakes run 160mm rotors front and rear with child-tuned lever reach. Schwalbe Rocket Ron 26 x 2.35" tires with ADDIX SPEED compound balance rolling efficiency with grip on loose terrain. The tubeless-compatible Alexrims wheelset runs 28 G14 triple-crossed spokes with aluminum nipples and thru axles front and rear. The 150mm child-specific cranks maintain a narrow Q-factor for the 10 to 14 age range, and the flip-flop stem adjusts handlebar height without additional hardware.
