The woom WOW's aluminum frame sits at a geometry specifically calculated for children aged 9 to 36 months, with a saddle height of 10.5" and a total weight of 6 pounds. The self-balancing design means the bike stays upright on its own, and the self-centering handlebars return to straight ahead automatically, removing two of the three variables a very young child would otherwise need to manage simultaneously. Wide EVA tires generate no noise on hard floors and leave no marks, making the WOW appropriate for indoor use as well as pavement. The composite frame material is pollutant-tested and safe for toddlers who put everything in their mouths. Rounded edges throughout the frame protect against cuts and abrasions during the tumbles that are part of learning. The handlebars fold parallel to the frame in one motion to convert the bike into an easy one-handed carry for a parent or grandparent when small legs give out. It ships fully assembled and includes the Buddy soft toy.
