The lower anti-squat curve keeps the suspension active and traction-positive when pedaling through rough sections rather than firming up under load, and the reduced anti-rise means braking doesn't compromise travel sensitivity on the way down. Ten more millimeters of travel gives the geometry the range it needs to stay composed on technical terrain."
Why We Like It
Santa Cruz moved every Tallboy 6 build to CC carbon, including this Eagle 90. The frame weight reduction and layup quality that previously required stepping up to a higher-tier build are now the baseline, so the performance gap between this build and the top of the lineup is entirely in the components, not the frame.
