Aero-to-weight Falcn Frameset engineered for balanced speed and control

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"When I built up the Falcn, the first thing I noticed was how quickly it accelerates despite being an aero frame. The HM carbon layup feels stiff in all the right places, and the geometry gives me the exact kind of aggressive fit I want for racing or fast training. The round seatpost and BB86 setup make it super straightforward to build, and the 34mm tire clearance opens the door for endurance-focused setups. It’s a great platform if you want a lightweight aero frame without the typical aero harshness."

The Ridley Falcn Frameset blends aerodynamic shaping with a low-weight HM carbon construction to create a platform that’s equally suited for climbing, racing, and high-speed training. Its performance geometry was developed around stability, quick handling, and responsiveness, giving us an aggressive position while maintaining a planted feel in fast corners and long descents.

Ridley integrates features like a diffuser fork crown and internal cable routing to enhance aerodynamic efficiency across the entire front end, while the tapered D-shape steerer provides steering precision under load. The removable front-derailleur mount and UDH-compatible dropouts expand drivetrain options across 1x and 2x systems, and the use of a round seatpost keeps the build simple and widely compatible. With BB86 construction and 12x100 / 12x142 thru-axles, the Falcn maintains stiffness and predictable power transfer whether we’re climbing out of the saddle or launching into a sprint.

Designed as an all-round performance frameset, the Falcn shines in fast road scenarios—from race-day setups to high-efficiency endurance builds. Its 34mm tire clearance broadens the terrain it can tackle, making it an exceptional choice for riders looking for modern responsiveness, aerodynamic benefits, and long-ride comfort in one versatile package.

Heads up - We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning-and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double-check the details, our Gearheads are always here to help.

Lightweight Aero Performance

Most road bikes force a choice between aero shaping and low weight. The Falcn delivers both, with a 990g frame in size M that matches the aerodynamic performance of dedicated race bikes

Optimized Tire Clearance

The Falcn accepts tires up to 34mm, wider than the traditional 28mm road bike standard. Riders can run lower pressures for better grip and comfort on paved roads and beyond

Diffuser Fork Crown

The integrated diffuser in the fork crown redirects airflow around the downtube instead of pushing back against it. Reduced drag at the headtube translates to faster speeds at the same power output

Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH)

The Falcn uses SRAM's Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH), compatible with all modern drivetrains and providing added protection against derailleur damage and chain drops

Removable Front Derailleur Clamp

The front derailleur clamp removes cleanly when running a 1x drivetrain setup. A purpose-built cover replaces it, keeping the frame streamlined without compromising structure
