Aero-to-weight Falcn Rival AXS engineered for versatile road efficiency

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"When I built up and test-rode this Falcn Rival AXS, I immediately noticed how stiff and efficient the frame felt under load. The HM carbon layup transfers power cleanly, and the handling is dialed—aggressive enough for race-pace riding but still stable at high speed. Rival AXS might be the best value in wireless shifting right now, and paired with the 38mm wheels and 30c tires, it makes this bike fast, predictable, and genuinely fun to ride. It’s a killer all-round setup."

The Falcn Rival AXS brings together aero shaping, lightweight HM carbon construction, and race-inspired geometry to create a platform capable of excelling across diverse road conditions. Its design prioritizes speed and efficiency, with a shorter head tube and lower bottom bracket that put the rider in a powerful, controlled position. The diffuser fork crown and fully internal routing optimize airflow across the front of the bike, enhancing real-world aerodynamic performance while maintaining precise steering through the tapered D-shape steerer.

SRAM’s Rival AXS 2x12 drivetrain adds wireless precision with a wide gear range for both high-speed efforts and steep climbing. The 48/35 chainrings paired with a 10–36 cassette deliver smooth transitions across varied gradients, and the Rival AXS derailleurs keep shifts consistent even under power. The Forza Skiron 38mm wheelset strikes a balance between aero depth and responsiveness, supported by DT Swiss 370 hubs for dependable engagement on fast accelerations. Vittoria Zaffiro Pro V tires in 30c offer confident traction, comfort, and longevity, making them ideal for high-mileage riders.

Adaptable by design, the Falcn accepts up to 34mm tires, supports UDH drivetrains, and uses a round 27.2mm seatpost for comfortable, compliant performance over longer distances. Whether built for performance road racing, endurance mileage, or fast group rides, the Falcn Rival AXS delivers a modern, balanced ride that rewards power while maintaining impressive stability and versatility.

Heads up - We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning-and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double-check the details, our Gearheads are always here to help.

Lightweight Aero All-Arounder

Falcn Frame Technology

Lightweight Aero Performance

Most road bikes force a choice between aero shaping and low weight. The Falcn delivers both, with a 990g frame in size M that matches the aerodynamic performance of dedicated race bikes

Detail shot of Ridley Falcn tire clearance.

Optimized Tire Clearance

The Falcn accepts tires up to 34mm, wider than the traditional 28mm road bike standard. Riders can run lower pressures for better grip and comfort on paved roads and beyond

Diffuser Fork Crown

The integrated diffuser in the fork crown redirects airflow around the downtube instead of pushing back against it. Reduced drag at the headtube translates to faster speeds at the same power output

Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH)

The Falcn uses SRAM's Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH), compatible with all modern drivetrains and providing added protection against derailleur damage and chain drops
