3T Fusion Carbon frame and Fango Ultra 2 fork, made in Italy

Fusion Carbon starts with the same proprietary dry filament winding and RTM process behind 3T's Jazz Carbon frames, then replaces the most labor-intensive joining steps with pre-molded lugs built from multi-axial dry fiber. The frame comes out of the same Bergamo facility as the RaceMax 2 Italia with continuous-fiber tubes throughout and a meaningful reduction in layup complexity only at the joints.

Suspension-corrected geometry with 10mm stack gain over Extrema Italia

Reach matches the Extrema Italia; stack runs 10mm taller, producing the most upright position in the 3T gravel range. The axle-to-crown measurement is corrected for 40mm travel forks, so the included rigid fork or a short-travel gravel suspension fork will both finish the build cleanly.

3T integrated cockpit included

The frameset ships with a 3T More2 stem, 3T Superghiaia Integrale LTD handlebar with bar tape, a carbon seatpost, and a carbon bottle cage, bringing the build closer to ride-ready from the start.

Integrated storage and bikepacking mount spec

The downtube compartment uses a Fidlock closure and ships with a Miss Grape neoprene liner to keep contents stable and silent under load. The frame carries mounts for bags, racks, and fenders; the fork adds triple mounts and internal dynamo cable routing, covering everything from day rides to multi-day self-supported efforts.
