Why We Like The Wahoo KICKR Climb
The KICKR Climb mimics the feeling of tilt on a climbing grade for efficient indoor training sessions. The KICKR Climb pairs with Wahoo's KICKR and KICKR Snap trainers to recreate a climbing experience that automatically matches our bike's tilt to the virtual grade being simulated by the trainer in conjunction with our training program.

Elevates Training
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Can't tell you how great this is. I use it climbing on Zwift and you feel like you are on the road cruising through rollers. It is as close as you can get to riding outside being indoors.

Imerssive Fun and very cool
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I love this product! It makes climbing the hills in Zwift so much more fun and even better, makes the downhills really cool (try the tube in London! or fly down after climbing up to the Radio Tower). I was able to set this up pretty easily, although I did check with a friend to make 100% certain. You need to remember to push the button every time you ride because the default is manual, that's a tad annoying but not too big a deal. Now I wish there was a way to add steering and I would be set. Worth the price? If you love gadgets and love riding, then sure. Necessary? Not at all, but now that I have it, I wouldn't want to ride indoors without it.

2020 - what a year, an Annus horribilis for the ages. I got out to the mountains exactly 0 times. I want to make up for that in 2021. Enter the KICKR Climb. When the grade goes up, your weight goes back onto your sit bones, and you engage your quads and hams as you would on a real climb. The simulated descents are useful too - you can work on powering through the stretches where you have not spun out your cassette. This is a great training tool! And it just works. Really well. NOTE: For free riding in Zwift you might want to set the trainer difficulty to 100% by default. Otherwise it kind of defeats the purpose.

Broke after only 3 rides on ZWIFT

It was working well but all of a sudden it started making loud clicking noises and is stuck in lowest setting. It was only my third day using it!
