The SC48 i25 Carbon Disc Wheelset is engineered around a 48mm carbon rim that balances aero efficiency with cross-surface control. Its 25mm internal channel supports wider road and gravel tires, improving casing stability, lateral grip, and overall rolling confidence. The hooked design maintains broad tire compatibility, making pressure tuning easier for changing terrain.

A 2:1 spoke pattern increases torsional stiffness at the rear wheel, ensuring consistent tracking during accelerations and steep efforts. Six sealed cartridge bearings—two in the front hub and four in the rear—promote smooth rotation and resistance to contamination in wet or dusty conditions. At the system’s core is Vision’s proven V-200 hub, updated with a more robust pawl system and simplified press-fit end caps for improved reliability and easier service.

Centerlock rotor mounts add precise brake alignment, while multiple freehub options allow compatibility with Shimano, MicroSpline, and SRAM drivetrains.
