Real maple syrup. Do we need to say more? Clean, organic energy in an easily digestible form. Tasty, smooth flavor. Untapped has hit a home run with this stuff! Primarily use as a primary source of quick energy on bike.
Though I was skeptical at first of the merits of straight maple syrup for on bike fuel, I'm now a true believer in the energy super fuel that is 100% New England maple Syrup.
