Product Great but received damaged
Product is good but I think I got a previously returned item or refurbished item. Both rails came in damaged and the tower were covered in scratches. I had to use pliers to bend the end of rail out so the end cap would fit.

Knob to tighten stripped
First year we had these gutter feet, one of the tightening knobs stripped so it made tightening near impossible. 4 yrs later a second stripped. The metal tightening gear fits inside the plastic of the knobs, so the chance for stripping is there.

Solid Product
Product construction is sturdy...rugged even. Assembly directions are accurate and complete. Take your time with assembly and follow the directions carefully...very carefully. Once done, you'll be proud of a very attractive addition to your vehicle.
