Bulky with spotty coverage

- I've used it several times
I found the coverage of the heating/cooling to be lacking, particularly considering how bulky it is. It only cools on specific plates on the device, which didn’t touch my kneecap or some of the areas around it that I really needed. Ended up getting they hyperice one instead which I’ve been much happier with!

Works Great and The Best knee therapy

I received this a few weeks ago and I have used almost every day and my knees are improving so I continue to run every day , before I her this I couldn’t run but a couple a days a week now I can run whenever I want I recommend this to anyone with know problems The heat and ice is perfect
