The Belcarra V 2.0 NEO uses a glass fiber-reinforced nylon shell to balance flex with structural integrity. Underneath, hollow chromoly rails provide resilient support without adding excessive weight. Soft PU foam cushions longer efforts, and the waterproof microfabric cover stands up to road spray and rough use.
