I bought this chain ring to replace yet another one that I wore into a glorious shark tooth pattern. The shark tooth one worked great until I oiled my chain...then it was very bad. This one is very good and goes in circles!! Thanks Competitive Cyclist!!

Can I use this chainring using older 10 speed shifters. I'm actually running TA Specialties crank (155mm) and would like to see if shifting would improve with these as they're stiffer, but not sure about the whole Yaw thing if they're compatible with non-yaw FD. Thanks!

So the Yaw chainring is to help to prevent the need for shifter trim you can use a non-yaw fd but you might end up getting some chain rub issues with you do
