Easy to take off the bike and charge. Light is nice and bright.

Bright but poor design.

The light is bright, with multiple settings. The issue is the rubber strap for the base, which is integrated and cannot be replaced separately. Mine is now torn after less than a half a year of use. Don't buy this light set until this issue is resolved. You can buy cheap lights on Amazon that have replaceable straps.

Nice light design needs some improvement
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Nice light. Here is the problem. To recharge you need to remove the base from the light. It is impossible to do this while the light is on your seatpost. So the only real option is to remove the light and then work to open up the flap to the USB port. This is difficult even off the bike. But if you work it, it will release to allow to recharge. After a couple months, the rubber strap which holds the light to your seatpost, broke. Now it seems the light is no longer usable. I to not think the base is replaceable. I intend to return to Backcountry for return.

Sleek & Bright
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I've been meaning to buy a light for my bike for quite a while but all the lights I'd come across looked bulky and stuck out like an eye sore on my dark grey on black bike. This light is so low-profile and the right colors that it nearly disappears on my bike. That is until you turn it on. Holy smokes this thing is bright! There are several different settings so when I get bored with one I can swap to a different one. I haven't had to charge it yet but I like that it comes off the mounting strap instead of having to pull everything off the bike.
