Modern carbon rims and tubeless tire setups have quietly made most tire levers obsolete. Tighter bead seats demand more mechanical leverage than plastic levers can reliably deliver, while the same carbon rims that reward that leverage punish any metal contact with scratches, cracks, or compromised braking surfaces. The Silca Eolo Levers Premio with 16G CO2 Cartridge was engineered to resolve that tension, giving riders the strength of forged alloy construction with the rim safety of a reinforced nylon coating in a single tool that also eliminates the need to carry a separate CO2 inflator.

The lever body is forged alloy rather than cast or molded, which produces a denser, stronger part that resists flex and failure under the high loads that tubeless bead removal requires. The reinforced nylon coating covers the contact surfaces that interact with the rim, protecting carbon beads and braking surfaces from the scoring and cracking that bare metal levers cause. The integrated spoke hook wing provides an additional point of functionality for wheel work without adding meaningful weight to a tool that already comes in at 36 grams for the pair.
