Great bleed kit. All you need. Just get some fluid and you are good to go.

    Dial in the Brakes

Easy to use and gets those brakes feeling fresh again.

Everything you need except mineral oil

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This kit includes the syringe and cup you need to bleed Shimano brakes. Mineral oil is a separate purchase. You will also need a 7mm wrench. The procedure is pretty straightforward, plenty of videos online.

      First time bleeder

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Finally decided to do the job myself after spending 40$ for both of my shimano slx brakes to be bled. The kit worked flawlessly as I followed some instructional videos online. You just need mineral oil, a 7 mm wrench and you are good to go! The brakes felt great right away and still do after a month of riding.

Makes an easy job even easier

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Shimano brakes have always been easy to bleed compared to some other brands. This shaves off some time when I'm going through all the bikes in the garage. Not necessarily a requirement, and a little overpriced, but it does its intended purpose well.

      Bleed those brakes

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Save yourself a trip to the bike shop and get this kit. Super easy to use and works great. No complaints at all.

      Keep those brakes going!

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Definitely grab one of these kits if you run any Shimano brake. Pretty easy to use too!

      Must have

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

If you have Shimano Disc brakes and bleed your own brakes this is a must have. It makes bleeding brakes for Shimano quite easy. You will need to get some mineral oil and it doesn't come with an olive and barb that you would need if you were cutting your hose down. Because it is missing those parts it only gets 3 stars instead of 4 or 5.
