The Spearfish C Deore 12 Bike is Salsa’s answer to endurance-focused cross-country riding where efficiency, comfort, and control all matter equally. Designed to excel in long-distance races and demanding all-day trail rides, it combines modern geometry with a lightweight carbon chassis to keep riders moving efficiently when the miles stack up. The result is a bike that feels composed early in the ride and remains predictable when fatigue sets in.

At the heart of the bike is Salsa’s Split Pivot suspension platform, delivering 120mm of rear travel that stays active under braking and supportive through the mid and end stroke. The Split Pivot+ design allows rear travel adjustment from 100 to 120mm and supports fork compatibility from 100 to 130mm, giving riders the flexibility to fine-tune the bike for smoother XC terrain or rougher trail conditions. A rear flip chip further adjusts head tube angle and bottom bracket height, dialing in handling based on terrain preference.

The Deore 12-speed drivetrain provides a wide 10–51t gear range that’s well-suited for sustained climbs and long days in the saddle, while durable alloy components and tubeless-ready wheels keep the build reliable and easy to maintain. With clearance for large-volume 29-inch tires and multiple bottle mounts across the size range, the Spearfish is purpose-built for endurance riders who value efficiency, adaptability, and confidence over the course of big rides and multi-day efforts.
