Shimano XT meets Dyname on the Instinct Powerplay SL Carbon 50 E-Bike
The Instinct Powerplay SL Carbon 50 E-Bike pairs the Dyname S4 Lite motor with a Shimano XT drivetrain, a build that prioritizes mechanical reliability over the wireless premium found on other builds. The Dyname system cuts 30 percent of the weight carried by Rocky Mountain's previous motor generation while holding 700 watts of peak power and 75 newton-meters of torque, numbers that hold up against heavier full-power systems. Four RIDE-4 chip positions adjust head tube angle and bottom bracket height without a shop visit, giving riders room to tune the platform to their local trails.
