Switch UDH Adaptor

With the wheel off and the derailleur unbolted, the Switch UDH Adaptor comes down to one check, the 1-millimeter thread pitch on the Switch Axle. This replacement derailleur hanger swaps in with an 8-millimeter hex key, and the factory hanger bolt is reverse-threaded, so it turns the opposite way from a standard bolt.
