The Switch Rack Cage strips the luggage equation back to its simplest form. A 3mm thick 5052 aluminum platform, six strap slots, silicone feet, and two M5 bolts. Whatever you want to carry goes on top and gets cinched down however makes sense for the load. Dry bag for a bivvy kit, a bundle of camp gear, a waterproof stuff sack, the platform does not care, and neither does the rack.

At 240g and rated to 5kg, the Cage adds meaningful carrying capacity without meaningful weight. The silicone feet lock it to the Switch Rack arch, the 64mm bolt spacing aligns with the Switch Rack top bar, and the whole thing tightens down to 5Nm with a standard allen key. An integrated bottle opener handles the moment the riding stops. Compatible with the Restrap Switch Rack only and not intended for vertical use.
