The 48/53 GR DT 350 Carbon Wheelset is built around Reserve's Turbulent Aero design, using a shorter 48mm front rim to prevent unpredictable steering in crosswinds while a taller 53mm rear rim adds aerodynamic benefit without affecting handling. That asymmetric approach lets racers hold speed on exposed, flat-out courses without sacrificing control when gusts hit.

A 30mm internal width and 44mm external width are tuned specifically for modern gravel tires, letting them sit at full width on the rim for a wider contact patch and preventing lightbulbing, where the tire's sidewalls taper in narrower than its widest point. Hollow hook rim construction removes excess material from inside the rim, keeping weight down while maintaining strength and pinch flat protection, backed by DT 350 hubs for dependable engagement and power transfer.

Hub compatibility runs on 12x100mm front and 12x142mm rear spacing, with XDR or HG-EV freehub options and a Centerlock rotor mount, so confirm your groupset and frame align with those standards before building.
