Description

Smooth operator.

ISIS bottom brackets just about went extinct a few years back, but thankfully you don’t have to swap out your entire crankset just because those torched bearings are starting to rattle. Get your old ride back to its former glory with the Race Face SRX ISIS Bottom Bracket. It has a hollow, heat-treated chromoly spindle, so it will hold up to anything and everything you can throw at it. The labyrinth-sealed cartridge bearings are optimized for long life, which you’ll doubtlessly appreciate if you’re still running ISIS arms. And the included 2.5mm spacer allows you to use it on both 68mm and 73mm English-threaded bottom bracket shells.

The Race Face SRX ISIS Bottom Bracket is available in two sizes, with either a 108mm or 113mm spindle length.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I picked this up for a beater hardtail a couple years ago. Still working and still as quiet as the day I installed it. Not many options left for Isis drive cranks this one is pretty good. There was an instance that my drive side crank fell off the bottom bracket. I'm guessing I didn't torque the crank bolt on correctly. I haven't had an issue since.
