The Race Face SHI 12 Chainring 104 BCD is a 1x chainring built around universal 104 BCD four-arm spider compatibility, designed to bring 12-speed Shimano drivetrain performance to a wide range of cranks without requiring a proprietary interface or full crank replacement.

The ring is stamped from 7075-T6 aluminum at 4mm thickness, a combination that prioritizes torsional stiffness over weight savings. Under hard pedaling efforts on steep climbs or out-of-saddle sprint sections, a stiffer ring translates more of your input into forward momentum rather than absorbing it as flex.
