D3A Flat Pedals bring dual-access pins to a concave platform
Pembree builds the D3A Flat Pedals around a forged chromoly spindle and a sealed bearing system rated to handle repeated impact loading. The body is CNC-machined from recycled aluminum into a double-concave shape, and each side carries 12 thread-locked M4 pins that pull from the top or bottom for quick field service. A recessed end cap keeps rock strikes from chewing up the axle end, and the whole platform ships in two footprints sized to shoe size rather than one universal shape.
