We treat rotor adaptation as a precision fitment problem, not just a spacer swap, and the Plasmadapt Brake Adapter is machined accordingly. CNC machined from aerospace aluminum with minimal tolerances, it's built to maintain proper brake and disc alignment across three adaptation ranges: +20mm, +23mm, and +40/43mm, covering common jumps from 180mm and 200mm rotors up to 203mm, 220mm, and 223mm equivalents.

Hardware varies by configuration. The +20mm and +23mm adapters ship with titanium M6x30 and M6x35 screws secured with thread locker, along with concave and convex washer sets to account for adapter geometry. The +40/43mm adapter uses four M6x16 steel Torx 25 screws, 1.5mm spacers, and a mix of small and large stainless steel washers. Weights scale with configuration, from 10 grams for the +20mm adapter alone up to 39 grams for the complete +40/43mm set with hardware.
