Its enlarged clamping surface distributes force more evenly around the seat tube, delivering secure holding power for dropper posts while reducing point loading on internal bearings and bushings compared to a narrower clamp design.
CNC-milled from aerospace aluminum, the Orbit is available in 34.9mm, 36.4mm, and 38.5mm sizes to match common seat tube diameters, with claimed weights ranging from 16.4 to 17.4 grams including the included bolt and washer. The organic shaping and detailed engraving give it a distinct look within the OAK lineup, and matching titanium tuning bolts are available separately for riders looking to finish the detail further.
