Hard to see
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
As with all Lezyne products the Torque Drive is nicely made. However I returned it without using it because I cannot easily see the torque value. The lines indicating the values are very close together, much too close together for me to tell what torque I am applying. I have good corrected vision, but I am older and my vision is no longer what it was. If you are younger and can see up close easily, it may work for you. My suggestion to Lezyne is to have separate marks for each torque value, one pair of lines for 2nm, a second pair of lines for 3nm, etc. This will let them use the full circumference of the tool for the indicator lines. To set a specific torque, find the pair of lines for that value and turn until they line up. Two stars because it is beautifully made. No more because it is much too hard to use.

Bits Stripped Out
Bits stripped out when setting up my new cockpit. I first noticed all the nickle coating wearing off. There was a copperish looking metal underneath that rounded over extremely fast. Very cheap toolset. would expect much more from Lezyne.

Does this click when you reach the torque needed?

Hi Annemarie - this style Torque tool does not click when you reach the desired Torque. This is a torsion beam style torque wrench. https://ride.lezyne.com/products/torque-drive
