PRO Training Station

While we can’t all live where it’s sunny and warm year-round, we can make sure we get the most out of indoor workouts. The Kreitler PRO Training Station keeps your training on track, so you can arrive to spring races fit and ready. This kit includes everything you need for the most strenuous workouts this winter: 3.0 Alloy Rollers, Headwind Fan, Flywheel, and Kompetitior Fork Stand.

This alloy roller system rolls smoothly without creating the racket of its competitors, thanks to its ABEC 5 bearings and aluminum drums. These aluminum drums are constructed with a CNC lathe for near-perfect concentricity, so you can be sure they're ready to rack up countless miles of indoor training. It's built with alloy end caps that withstand greater friction levels, and better carry momentum. The strength of the end caps and materials allow the rollers to better withstand the additional force of pairing the Headwind Fan and Flywheel.

The Flywheel runs off of a belt connected to your rear roller, bringing a heavy mass into the mix to up the difficulty and momentum for a road-like feel. It maintains the roller's momentum when you stop pedaling so the training station simulates a real road ride more, not slowing down as much as the rollers do when the Flywheel isn’t attached.

Anyone who has ridden rollers knows well the feeling of panic when you start to drift too far to one side. The Kreitler Kompetitor Forkstand provides a stable means of sprinting out of the saddle and picking up your cadence while training with Kreitler rollers. It firmly holds your fork in place, so you can hammer away and work legs and heart without needing to worry about right-left movement of your bike.
