Ripmo Deore delivers 160mm/150mm travel, DW-Link suspension, and wheel-size versatility
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"I’ve been blown away by how capable the Ripmo Deore feels on descents, especially considering the price point. The geometry is dialed, the DW-Link traction is unreal on climbs, and the mix of aluminum durability and modern features like in-frame storage make this a no-compromise ride for rowdy days."
The Ripmo Deore stands as a rugged, ready-to-rip alloy machine built for big terrain, long days, and uncompromising performance. Ibis equips the Ripmo Deore with 160mm of front travel via a RockShox Lyrik and 150mm of DW-Link rear travel, offering a responsive yet planted ride feel through high-speed chunder and tech-heavy climbs. Its progressive geometry includes a slack 64.5-degree head angle and steep seat tube angles, tailored to each frame size, which translates to precise descending control and efficient pedaling posture on the climbs.
The aluminum frame doesn't cut corners—integrated molded rubber frame protection guards critical areas, while internal cable routing, a threaded bottom bracket, and Boost spacing make for easy maintenance and upgrade compatibility. The included in-frame storage system with two Stow Bags is a standout for long backcountry rides, and the coil shock compatibility opens the door for more tuning options. The Flip Chip system offers riders the flexibility to run either a 27.5in or 29in rear wheel depending on preference and terrain demands.
Shimano's Deore 12-speed drivetrain keeps shifting crisp and reliable, while 4-piston M6120 brakes paired with 203mm rotors bring immediate stopping power on steep descents. Alloy Blackbird Send wheels are matched to Maxxis DHF and DHR II tires for cornering grip and durability. From enduro racing to shuttle laps to techy high alpine adventures, the Ripmo Deore proves that performance doesn’t have to come with a carbon price tag.
