Great for Evening Lifters
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
My primary sport is running so I do a lot of my strength training in the evenings. I love this pre-workout because it works, despite not having the caffeine. (Note: I have not tried the caffeinated versions so this is only relevant to the caffeine-free.) It provides a little pick-me-up after the work day and gives just enough motivation to start lifting. Once the blood is flowing everything feels great and I don't crash afterward. The flavor is great, I wish they had more variety in the caffeine-free option.
