Almost perfect!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
For me this is nearly the perfect vest for most rides here in East TN and Western NC from late October thru spring. Wish the back was mesh or perforated for more breathability, but other than that it’s great! Cuts wind well, sheds light rain, holds warmth surprisingly well, packs in its own pocket. Large is a bit roomy on me at 6’2” 175 lbs but that gives me flexibility to wear it over a warmer layer comfortably. Size down from your normal t shirt size if you want it to be more fitted. I might have preferred a medium but didn’t feel like messing with the return. This is not a roadie fit garment and would even look good over a flannel having a beer back at the trailhead watering hole.
