Tough enough for race day.

Tough enough for free riding without feeling like a boxing glove on smoother singletrack, Fox Racing's Dirtpaw Race Gloves use years of experience to keep you connected to the bike and comfortable on the trail. Fox starts with lightweight, breathable uppers, then uses a lightly padded Clarino synthetic leather palm to help lessen hand and wrist fatigue on never-ending stretches of rock-encrusted dirt.

It also reinforces the backs and cuffs of the gloves with direct-inject rubber to add some reassuring protection to vulnerable spots during crashes. Neoprene knuckles and silicone fingertip printing ensure you'll still have ample dexterity on the bars while maneuvering through tight sections of trail, while a hook-and-loop closure lets you adjust the gloves so they stay secure without any distracting fit issues on race day.

  • Workhorse mountain bike glove works well across disciplines
  • Lightweight, stretchy body wicks moisture for breathability
  • Padding in palm and knuckles for crash protection
  • Silicone finger grip for cockpit dexterity

Solid Performer.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: Small

I use these gloves on my motorcycle commute. They are comfortable and airy but probably do run a little small. I have skinny hands and these are fine for me. They have "some" padding but these are cheaper gloves i can't complain. The white is still very bright and the velcro is still strong. Would buy again.

Solid Glove, but fits small

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: XL

I typically wear a Large in other gloves, but for some reason FOX gear seems to fit me smaller. I sized up to an XL in this glove and absolutely love it.

Great versatility and compromises padding/protection for breath-ability very well if you only use it for enduro biking.

Touch screen capability!

Nice gloves

Durable gloves that breathe pretty good on hot days. True fit and good grip.

The Real Deal

Pretty cool gloves. They fit perfectly if you get the right size. I got XL, I guess I have big hands. Good materials, I don't see these falling apart anytime soon. I've used it for MX and MTB and they ventilate great, and my hands mostly stay warm if they need to.(I've been riding in cold weather a lot recently. ) I slipped on my MTB once wearing these and slid on loose asphalt that had been eroded for a while and my hands were not scratched up from little rocks or anything, also the gloves did not rip on the palm. Not very many changes that I would make. I like 'em. I also was wearing these in a motorcycle accident, and that's when they got a little messed up. The thumb got torn and the Fox Logo on the back was scraped. The palm stayed mostly intact. But that was on a road, traveling way faster than a bicycle. I imagine they would be lots more effective in a mountain bike spill.

Back country fail

Got the gloves and I felt like Oj. These run extremely small. I called for a exchange and not only does back country charge for returns they don't have them in stock. Booooo. Well I guess I should just pay for the brick and mortar difference.

    Good gloves but...

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: XL

Gloves fit well and wick water away on the fingers so you can brake safely which is huge for me since many gloves become slippery when wet. But the only challenge is that when your putting the gloves on and pulling the Velcro straps both sides have ripped the stitching away so not sure how long they are going to last.
