Why We Like The Five Ten Freerider Cycling Shoe
Whether we're just starting out on our mountain biking journey or racing enduro, the Five Ten Freeriders are one of our favorite flat pedal shoes out there. The ultra-grippy Stealth S1 rubber outsole keeps us locked into our pedals over rocky terrain and is designed to hold up long rides and having to hike our bikes up granite slabs. The leather and mesh uppers are breathable even as our rides heat up, keeping our feet cool and comfortable all ride long.

good shoe. good for wide feet.
really good quality. really wide toe box. good for wide feet. I've only tried them on briefly, and I'm not sure if they are going to work for me, but once I have a chance to really get the feel for them, I'll decide if I'm going to keep them or not. unless something I haven't noticed yet jumps out at me, I don't see why I wouldn't keep them. the only thing I am worried about is that the toe box might actually be too big for my feet. I have very flat and wide feet through my mid foot and arches, but my toes actually don't take up that much room. I'll have to see once I put them on and see how they feel on my Deity T Mac flat pedals. got a great deal on them as well!!!

Almost perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 5th pair of 510s but the first pair of Freeriders. Great sole and solid construction. They would have gotten 5 stars from me if they had a loop on the tongue that kept the laces out of the chainring.

Subtle way to wear the five ten brand.
Love the blackness of this shoe which makes for very discrete wearing. Very comfortable to wear with lots of padding - found the size a little bigger than other five tens I’ve had before. Had them about a month and they’re wearing well with no greying of the colour.

Great fit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a difficult shoe size. The size 15's fit perfectly so based on that, I would say that the Freerider shoes are true to size. Maybe a bit wider which was good for me. Very comfortable overall. Not sure what to expect in terms of longevity, but that's really secondary to me.
