Fueling on a multi-day bikepacking route is a logistics problem as much as a nutrition one. Food needs to be accessible without stopping, at a temperature worth eating, and stored somewhere that doesn't require two hands and a full stop to access. The EVOC Food Pouch is a 0.75L insulated stem bag that addresses all three, mounting to the stem and handlebars without tools and positioning your food exactly where you can reach it while the bike is moving.

The insulated construction works in both directions, keeping a warm meal at temperature for the miles between the last town and camp, and keeping a cold drink worth drinking through a long exposed climb. The one-hand drawstring closure is the functional centerpiece of the bag, designed specifically so riders can access the main compartment mid-ride without releasing the bars entirely. An external mesh pocket provides immediate access to the items you reach for most without opening the main compartment at all.
