ENVE Melee v2 frameset holds Melee stiffness at a lighter frame weight
The ENVE Melee v2 Frameset moves to a smaller-bearing In-Route headset while retaining BSA threads and a UDH dropout, leaving drivetrain choice open on this build. Frame surface area drops 7.5 percent and tire clearance tightens to 33 millimeters, cutting weight without losing modern tire volume. The new two-bolt aero seatpost trims 28 grams and holds saddle hardware captured through installation, a detail that matters most on a frameset build where the buyer is still choosing components. Every change works toward the same target: aero and lightweight numbers that used to force a compromise on the same frame.
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"I expected a lighter frame to give something back in stiffness at the bottom bracket, but sprinting out of the saddle on a demo build, the power transfer felt identical to the outgoing Melee, if not tighter. That's the figure that matters on a spec sheet, not frame weight alone."

ENVE
Melee V2 Frameset
Lighter, Faster, No Compromise
Inside The Melee V2

Lighter, Not Lesser
A new In-Route headset, two-bolt seatpost, and BSA BB cut real weight, for a 791 gram frame that keeps efficient power transfer.

Wind Tunnel Proven
Frame, fork, and seatpost save 11.4 watts, so you hold speed for less effort, tested with a rider on board instead of a mannequin.

Clearance Without The Drag
Tire clearance narrows to 33mm max, 31mm optimal, cutting drag without forcing you onto narrower tires than modern roads call for.

Geometry Tuned Per Size
Stack drops 11mm on sizes 56 to 60, and 5 fork rakes across 7 sizes keep the handling the same no matter which one you ride.

Engineered Without Compromise
