The Tour de France Limited Edition set pairs the Aero 111's aerodynamic tread up front with the Grand Prix 5000 S TR's grip and puncture resistance in back, a deliberate front and rear split rather than a matched pair. Both tires run Continental's BlackChili compound for rolling resistance and grip, backed by a Vectran breaker layer for puncture protection. This set also marks the Aero 111's first release in a transparent sidewall, exclusive to this edition.
