The Chris King R45D Conversion Kit includes an updated adjusting clamp specific to the R45D, and on a disc brake build that clamp change has a practical effect. The Gen 4 clamp allows the disc rotor to be removed independently, without first removing the adjusting clamp, which simplifies wheel service on any build where rotor access is part of regular maintenance.
