Challenge's craftspeople apply high-quality natural glues and latex coatings step by step onto a 300 TPI Super Polyester casing, a material that is both softer and more durable than nylon and completely impervious to water. The result is a casing that flexes and conforms to the terrain at speed rather than deflecting off of it, translating directly into traction when you need it most. The SMART compound never experiences the heat of vulcanization, so it retains a natural softness and grip that machine-produced tires cannot replicate. Puncture Protection System fabric is woven between the compound and the casing to defend against the debris and root strikes that come with true off-road racing.
