Castelli engineered this vest from a microfiber 20 denier nylon fabric that reads as essentially windproof while still delivering Ristretto-level air permeability, avoiding the trapped heat typical of a fully sealed layer. The ergonomic cut holds a perfect fit through the torso without restricting reach or shoulder movement.

A high collar closes the gap at the neck, while a top- and bottom-opening asymmetrical zip with a branded Castelli scorpion puller allows precise venting control as effort rises and falls. An elasticated waist keeps the hem locked in place through hard accelerations, and a reflective Castelli wordmark and scorpion logo on the back add visibility for early or late rides.
