Ahhh, that's better.

Designed with cooling airflow and quick-drying comfort in mind, the Castelli Men's Flusso Full-Zip Jersey is an ideal choice for training through the dog days of summer. It sports a semi-fitted design that follows your body closely, but isn't a skin-tight race fit. Castelli's Prosecco GT fabric is lightweight and actively wicks moisture away from your skin, helping your body regulate its core temperature when you're exerting yourself on those hot summer days. This lightweight polyester fabric is paired with breathable mesh panels along the sides, which channel cooling airflow across your body as you pick up speed.

  • Ultra-light, breathable jersey designed for hot weather
  • Semi-fitted design follows your body without being skintight
  • Prosecco GT fabric is both lightweight and quick-drying
  • Breathable mesh side panels provide cooling airflow
  • Three standard rear pockets for functional storage
  • High-visibility strips for being seen in low light

How to Measure:
For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.
Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

Good buy!

I’m 6’0”, 185lb. Bought XL. Fit was snug, but not quite race fit snug. I could get away with XXL, but I have a thin neck, so XL is fine. Material is training type a little thicker/heavier, not race thin/lite. Color is subjective, I think it’s OK. I think it will live up to be worth the price.

Not suitable for hot weather

Very disappointed in the fabric of this jersey. It is advertised as "Ultra-light, breathable jersey designed for hot weather" and "an ideal choice for training through the dog days of summer" but it is actually one of the least breathable jerseys in my collection. Even wearing it inside the air conditioned house before the ride it feels clammy from the lack of airflow through the fabric. On the road, in 80's and 90's Texas sunshine it is a terrible hot sticky mess; only way to get semi-comfortable is to ride with the front zip almost all the way open. The jersey is well-constructed so I'll keep it for spring and fall rides, but this is definitely not the summer jersey that I was looking for when I ordered. Fit is good; at 150 lbs I normally buy Medium shirts, but with two prior Castelli purchases (Volata jersey and Gabba 2 jacket) I needed to size up to Large. Based on other reviews I ordered Medium for the Flusso, and it fits well, so I agree with other reviewers that the Flusso runs larger than other Castelli items. Two minor nits: 1) based on the website photos I was expecting the color to be brighter and more on the yellow end of "Chartreuse", but it leans more towards the green end of things and is not as hi-viz as I had hoped. 2) am not a fan of the high collar design for a supposedly summer jersey. You would almost never zip the collar all the way to the top in summer, so the excess fabric of the high collar ends up just flapping around and looking strange. Some of my jerseys have a minimalist low-cut collar that is much better in hot weather.

Thanks for the review. I live in Texas and was looking for something super breathable. I'll keep looking.

Nice design

I've used it several times
Runs large

I little larger that normal for a Castelli so I didn't really need to size up. But it's cut short so it still works with bibs which are all that I wear now. It's not like wearing a tent like some here have been implying. Just more of a club fit than a race fit. Nice material and color.

A more mainstream fit for Castelli

Being a former weight lifter at a height of just 5'8" (46" chest, 37" waist), I have never been able to wear Castelli jerseys until this one. With my shape I am definitely not the typical cyclist. This jersey fits more like the Pearl Izumi Elite fit jersey I have. The material is excellent and being Castelli, I can get a 3XL jersey that's not too long and bunched up. If you're a thin cyclist, this jersey may not be for you (as others have noted), but if you're on the shorter and stockier side, this might be your opportunity to wear a Castelli jersey for the first time, like me.

Thank you. 20+ yrs in the gym, so similar situation here. The PI reference was particularly helpful, as I have some experience with those. Been riding Voler gear for over 10yrs, but they can't seem to get out of their own way lately, so dabbling in Castelli, and liked their bib shorts. I found Ken's "Kite" arrogance offensive, though helpful as a sizing comment. People with an upper body, built over decades in the gym aren't fat, they just have a powerful body head to toe. Not helpful for road biking, but a strong core and upper body are useful everywhere else, especially mountain biking.

Great summer jersey

Fit as expected, a bit close fitting but it's a light weight summer jersey. Certainly not skin tight. Good cut , but to skin tight. Worn it with a wicking base layer many times and it worked great unzipped on climbs. Don't understand the "catering to obese" comment. At 60YO and 155 I have been a medium since my 20's, I just have a generic cycling body. This was well cut and as expected for the size.

Good Quality and Materials

I really like the quality of this jersey. The material is quite comfortable and I haven't put it to a true test yet, but feels very lightweight and breathable. I found the design to be good with the sleeves a comfortable length. The fit will work better for some than others - it's a slim fit but not a second-skin race fit like some of Castelli's jerseys. As typical with Castelli I found the length a bit short - it works ok with bibs but I would have preferred another inch or so in back for my tall frame.

Poor fit, not typical Castelli

I returned this product before using it
Runs large

Castelli is now catering to the growing percentage of the overweight and obese. Fit in the shoulder and upper chest area was OK but below that this jersey is an absolute tent. I'm a large in Castelli jerseys, I own 8 others and they all fit the same, which I can honestly describe as "perfect": comfortable but skin hugging, very aero. This one is out in left field. Maybe it's a manufacturing defect but I don't think so. After some searching I found a picture of the jersey on a model, sure enough there are noticeable wrinkles in the jersey around his mid section, and he wasn't rail thin. If Castelli is starting a "big mens" line of clothing I really think they should have labeled this as such. Update: Here's a pic on a real person, and if you're fit then it will be that much floppier/baggier.

At 5'10" and 150, Ken is a very skinny human and obviously he must think that anyone heavier than that is overweight? The Flusso is a slim fitting jersey, maybe not form fit yet it is by no means relaxed. I am 6'1", 180 and represent more of a standard and average (not overweight) body type and the Flusso has a very short trunk and skinny arms. I couldn't use it but I could see those with a shorter mid section and skinny cyclist arms liking this jersey.

I totally agree. Big, way big.

Hummm, maybe I should be focusing on Castelli jerseys. But seriously, setting aside the fact your claim that a L fit your upper body, at your size I'd think a M would be more appropriate than a L.
