The 7075 aluminum construction gives this ring the durability to match the eeWings crank it's built around, and the tooth profile is broad enough to cover the major SRAM and Shimano 1x chain standards without compromise. Where it gets useful for a builder is the offset selection: mountain riders can choose 0mm or 3mm to hit the right chainline for their specific eeWings model, while gravel builds run 3mm. Move the cranks to a new frame or a different groupset, and the ring stays in the picture.
