simple bike tool

I've used it several times

The Blackburn multi tool in this bag works. I have had many kinds of multi tools over a lot of years. This works because the handle allows to get in tight spots....with disc brakes and calipers it's more difficult to get to some of the parts. Nicer bikes have bolt adjuster instead of screws (that was my issue). To get to the adjuster traditional multi tools were too short and the handle too bulky to navigate.....so that is why this tool is the one to use.

Poor quality control.

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Seemed good until I tried to use the 4mm head, and then I realized it was so poorly machined it doesn't actually fit 4mm bolts. I have attempted to contact their customer service and have had no response.
