Modern flat-mount brake systems demand precise alignment and minimal excess material, and the Flat-Mount Disc Brake Adaptors are engineered to meet that standard. The adaptor body is CNC-machined from 7075 aluminum to maintain strength under braking loads while keeping mass to a minimum. Titanium mounting bolts further reduce weight and improve corrosion resistance, making the system well suited for year-round riding. Machining tolerances are tight to ensure accurate caliper positioning, which helps maintain consistent rotor clearance and lever feel.
