7Mesh constructs the jersey using a blend of synthetic hydrophobic materials, which better wick moisture and maintain fit than a Lycra jersey would. Using a less-stretchy fabric means that 7Mesh puts extra attention into the pattern and fit of the jersey, as they can't rely on stretch to mask imperfections. The jersey's race fit keeps the fabric close to the body to better wick sweat away from the skin and to the waffle-knit fabric outer. This textured outer not only helps moisture evaporate but also helps reduce drag by pulling air past the body as you ride to save you seconds.

The back panel combines sun-protecting Coldblack with UPF30+ with 7Mesh's Anything pocket panel. With three rear drop-in pockets and two side-access zippered pockets, we can carry anything we might need for an all-day self-supported sufferfest. The pocket panel uses fabric with a vertical stretch to maintain shape even when pockets are loaded up for the ride.
