Add cadence to your arsenal of ride data with the Wahoo RPM Cadence Sensor (BT/ANT+), with wireless ANT+ and Bluetooth capability to easily pair with your smartphone or GPS device of choice. Disguised as a small, discreet blue pod, this cadence sensor mounts stealthily to your bike or shoe to gather important pedal spin data on the road, trail, or even during spin class.
The Wahoo RPM Cadence Sensor (BT/ANT+) runs on an easy-to-replace CR2032 battery and features two LED lights that indicate device connection and cadence detection. It comes packaged with a pre-installed battery, rubber mount, zip ties, shoe mount, 3M double-sided tape, a quick start guide, and a product info guide.

- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size
So the huge perk to this sensor is that it will send a Bluetooth signal and an ANT+ signal.
If you are planning to ride your Kickr / Kickr Snap synched to your tablet or PC and don't want to buy an additional ANT+ sensor, but you want to see cadence. Then this is what you need.
If you arrive at the group ride and unload your bike only to realize that you left your head unit at home, but you still want accurate data to track, just sync your phone and you are good to go. I also have the Tickr Heart Rate monitor which will also communicate with my computer for indoor Zwift rides, my Garmin for outdoor rides, and my phone, for when my Garmin isn't where it should be.
Easy to set up and works great!
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I use this connected to my cleat and it has worked great over my first few rides. For the second ride it didn't connect correctly, and had to forget it and reconnect. All fine since then. It seemed like it could have been the app/phone's issue as the included Wahoo app was able to recognize it. Using with Iphone 6S and mapmyride
