Best socks for bike and house
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Weight:

Best socks ever and I will try to use these for road riding during the winter and around the house! Normal size and super soft and easy to get on so I am not sure where people are getting from that these TECHNO model socks are skinny. I am 6.3 (170 lbs) and they fit and stay on.

I'm not sure I would call these socks...

For some reason, I ignored the only other review on this site. Lesson learned and I submit the following as a warning to others before they make the same mistake. These fabric tubes are horrible! I'm not certain I can even call them socks as they technically don't appear to be wearable on human feet. The opening is so narrow your best chance of actually pulling them on would be to borrow your grandparent's rig for pulling up their compression socks. The fabric does not give at all and feels very harsh to the touch. It's more in line with what you might imagine your Pop-pop wore as he stormed the beaches of Normandy, only those would have been 100 times more functional. I managed to get them on and immediately regretted it. They feel extremely cheap on foot. Nothing like a Swiftwick or house brand athletic socks. They are very scratchy and way too tight! My toes were tingling from the tightness and I took them off minutes later, never to be considered again. I literally can't think of anything I've worn on my feet that feels worse than these socks! I submit the following list of items that are NOT socks that you should consider wearing on your feet before these "fabric tubes". 1. Pumice-just crush some into your shoes... 2. First aid gauze. A couple of layers would be far more comfortable than these socks. 4. Upcycled N95 Masks... 5. Amazon packaging 6. Flex Seal/PlastiDip 7. Saran wrap 8. Upcycled shopping bags 9. Crown Royal bags. (this needs to be a trend) 10. Nothing at all

Could not even get them on my feet
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it

I've worn socks for a while now - pretty much all of my life! This is the very first time I have been unable to actually get a pair on my feet. They are simply too tight to pull over my heel and ankle - can't get them past that part of my feet. To be clear - they are not 'tighter' than your average pair of socks. Even when pulling with all my might, I cannot get them over my heel. These will be returned ASAP.
