Long-travel trail performance meets smooth mid-drive power in the Voltage 920 Bike with advanced suspension design
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
“The Voltage 920 stands out for how balanced it feels on the trail. The Virtual 4 Link layout keeps it active without wallowing, and the TracLoc system really helps manage efficiency on long climbs. The HPR60 motor adds noticeable torque without noise or drag, and the spec is dialed for riders who prioritize descending but still want to climb efficiently.”
The Voltage 920 Bike is engineered as a long-travel e-MTB that delivers downhill confidence without compromising climbing control. SCOTT’s Virtual 4 Link suspension platform creates a balanced leverage curve that enhances traction under power while maintaining stability through braking and rough terrain. Paired with the X-Fusion NUDE shock and TracLoc remote system, riders can quickly switch between climbing efficiency and full-descend performance without stopping mid-ride.
Power assistance comes from the TQ HPR60 mid-drive motor, offering increased torque output with smooth, quiet engagement and minimal drag once assist cuts out. The internal 360Wh battery is supplemented by a removable range extender, giving riders flexibility to tailor battery capacity to ride length. This system keeps overall weight manageable while extending usable trail time on bigger days.
Component choices emphasize durability and control, with a long-travel fork, wide tubeless-ready wheels, aggressive tire pairing, and powerful four-piston brakes. The carbon main frame combined with an alloy rear triangle strikes a balance between stiffness and impact resistance, making the Voltage 920 a capable choice for riders focused on technical trails, repeated descents, and all-day mountain missions.
Heads up - We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning-and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double-check the details, our Gearheads are always here to help.
