The Scott Ransom Pro 600 Mountain Bike carries all-mountain travel on a 26-inch frame, enough suspension for the rocky trails adults ride. Its Syncros dropper post has an adjustable drop that can lengthen as the kid gets taller. An SRAM NX 11-speed drivetrain handles the climbs back to the top.
