We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. Buying a new bike is a big decision and we want you to be happy with your choice. Part of that means giving you the opportunity to ensure that your bike fits correctly. That’s why we offer the option to return your bike, at no cost, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
New bikes in clean, original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Used bikes in undamaged condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
New Bikes in Original Condition
We encourage you to take a spin around the block on a dry day to get a feel for your new bike. Bikes determined at our discretion to be clean and in original condition will be eligible for a full refund. Bikes must be returned in the original box and/or packaging and in original condition.
Used Bikes in Undamaged Condition
We understand that you may want to test out your new bike by taking it on a longer ride, which is why we offer returns on used bikes in undamaged condition. Bikes determined at our discretion to be used and undamaged will be eligible for return in exchange for store credit in the form of credits applied to your Competitive Cyclist account. Bikes with any damage beyond normal wear and tear (such as minor nicks, scratches, dirt on the tires, etc.) are not eligible for return. Damaged bikes will be returned to you at your cost. Bikes damaged due to negligence or abuse are not eligible for return. Bikes must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.
