The Neosonic Ergo 45AR Aerobar from Profile Design is engineered to deliver extensive fit customization in a compact, road-friendly aero platform. Designed for riders integrating aerobars onto road, gravel, or bikepacking builds, the system provides a wide adjustment range without excessive complexity. The Neosonic bracket features a large offset, enabling armrest positioning from -95mm to -42.5mm in precise 7.5mm increments, while width adjustments span 124mm to 290mm in 18.5mm steps. In total, 80 distinct armrest configurations are achievable through bracket positioning alone.

The Ergo Ultra armrests with 10mm pads enhance long-distance comfort, and stack height begins at 42.5mm, expandable to 130mm using compatible riser kits. The 45AR extensions measure 240mm in length, with adjustable rotation and the ability to shorten for draft-legal triathlon compliance. A 31.8mm handlebar clamp (26.0mm with optional shim) and 22.2mm extension clamp ensure compatibility with a wide range of modern cockpits.
